Delta Flight 2329 Boeing 757 registration N699DL from Atlanta to Seattle , it was in approach phase at Seattle Tacoma airport when the crew noticed that they had a flaps retracting problem.They declared an emergency and they announced to passengers that they are going to do a fast landing.Airplane landed safely
