Cebu Pacific  Air flight 5J-448 , Airbus A319 registration RP-C3197 from Iloilo to Manila(Philippines) with 95 passengers after landed on runway 24 of Manila airport under heavy rain veered off the runway and after little bit came back on runway with result to brake some runway edge lights.Airplane continued normal to the apron
