Transaero flight UN-138 , Boeing 767-200 from Khabarovsk to Moscow with 234 passengers and 13 crew members took off and was climbing out from airport when the crew tried to retract the flaps and received a flaps warning indication.The crew declared an emergency and diverted back to Khabarovsk airport for a safe landing
