American Eagle flight 3419 , Bombardier CRJ-700 from Atlanta to New York La Guardia it was en route at cruising altitude FL330 and near Raleigh when the crew reported a hydraulic problem indication.The crew declared an emergency and diverted to Raleigh-Durham airport for a safe landing on runway 23R
