Jazz Air Flight 8994 , Canadair CRJ-700 registration C-GOJZ from Montreal to Halifax with 61 passengers and 4 crew members it was en route at FL300 when the crew reported that they have a cracked windshield , they declared an emergency and airplane diverted to  Saint John, New Brunswick for a safe landing on runway 23
