Air Transat flight TSC-294 , Airbus A310-300 registration C-GLAT from Toronto to Porto it was en route at cruising altitude FL330 over Atlantic ocean and near Canada when the crew reported a hydraulic failure declared a PAN and asked to descent to FL310 and divert back to Toronto.After reached altitude FL310 the crew reported that the emergency no longer exist and it was only as a precaution for they get clearance to divert back to Toronto.Airplane climbed to FL320 but finally the crew decided to divert to Montreal because they received a hydraulic quantity low indication after 3 hours and a half airplane landed safely back to Montreal airport but because of hydraulic problem airplane couldn't steer the nose gear so had to towed to the apron
