Jazz Aviation flight JZA-8040 , de Havilland DHC-8-100 registration C-FABW from Toronto Pearson's airport to Pittsburgh , after departed Toronto and while was climbing the crew reported a hydraulic problem , declared an emergency and diverted back to Toronto Person's airport for a safe landing on runway 06

 

On 9 October 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that maintenance found a cracked MLG door solenoid sequence valve. The valve was replaced and aircraft return to service
