American Airlines Flight 1111 , McDonnell Douglas MD-80 from Charlotte to Dallas with 135 people on board it was en route at cruising altitude FL340 and over Little Rock when one engine suffered a problem and had to shut down.The crew declared an emergency and diverted to regional airport Bill and Hilary Clinton for a safe landing on runway 4L.
