Pinnacle airlines flight FLG-3869 , Bombardier CRJ-200 registration N823AY from Minneapolis to Toronto Pearson's airport it was approaching Toronto airport when the crew informed the control tower that one engine suffering vibrations.The tower declared an emergency of behalf of them and airplane landed safely on runway 23 and taxied to the apron without problem
