ExpressJet flight ASQ-4653/UA-4653 , Embraer ERJ-135 on behalf of United from Houston to Mobile Alabama took off from Houston and was climbing at FL190 , 15 mins en route when the crew reported smoke inside cabin.The crew declared an emergency and diverted to Beaumont Jack Brooks regional airport on runway 12 for a safe landing
