Delta flight DL-2243 , McDonnell Douglas MD-90 from New Orleans to Atlanta with 132 passengers it was en route for around half an hour at FL310 and near Birmingham when the crew reported a smell of smoke inside cabin and requested to divert to Birmingham airport.Airplane landed safely on runway 6
