LAN flight LA-3382 , de Havilland DHC-8-200 registration HK-4491 from Pereira Matecana airport to Medellin Colombia with 28 passengers took off and was climbing when the airplane suffered an engine problem.The crew declared an emergency and diverted back to Matecana airport for a safe landing

Airline reported that airplane lost power in one engine so it had to divert back
