American Eagle flight MQ-3176 , Embraer ERJ-145 from Peoria to Dallas with 47 passengers and 3 crew members took off from Peoria international airport and was climbing through 14000 feet when the crew reported a smoke light indication.The crew stopped the climb declared an emergency and diverted back to Peoria airport for a safe landing on runway 4
