Aer Lingus Regional flight EI-3296 , ATR 42-300 registration EI-CBK operated by Aer Arran from Dublin to Cardiff with 37 passengers landed at Cardiff airport on runway 12 but burst the right hand external tyre.Airplane stopped on runway and passengers disembarked normally
