United Express flight UA-4983 , Embraer ERJ-145 operated by Chautauqua airlines from Cleveland to Boston with 34 passengers and 3 crew members it was en route at FL250 about 25 mins on board and near Buffalo when the crew reported smoke inside cockpit.The crew declared an emergency and diverted to Buffalo Niagara international airport for a safe landing on runway 23 about 15 mins after declared emergency
