Pascan Express flight 6917 , ATR-42-300 registration C-GPEB from Mont Joli to Bonaventure it was en route at cruising altitude when the crew reported a hydraulic problem and was asking to divert to Quebec airport without to declare an emergency.After few minutes the crew declared an emergency and airplane landed safely on runway 06

On 21 October 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that maintenance found a leak in a hydraulic flex line in the BLUE hydraulic system. The aircraft was repaired and returned to service.
