US Airways flight US-4303 , de Havilland DHC-8-400 operated by Piedmont from New Berm to Charlotte with 50 people on board took off from Coastal Carolina regional airport and when the crew tried to retract the landing gears received a warning that's not retracted.The crew stopped the climb advised the tower and diverted back to New Berm for a safe landing

Airline reported that a landing gear door didn't close completely
