Pascan Aviation flight PSC-822 , BAe Jetsream 31 registration C-FFPA from St-Hubert to Val-d'Or it was approaching Val-d'Or airport on short final on runway 36 when the crew tried to extract the landing gears and received an unsafe warning indication.The crew went around advised the tower and after performed a low pass for tower to check that landing gears are down and locked landed safely

 

On 5 November 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that flight PSC-822 , C-FFPA with 2 pilots on board declared an emergency while approaching Val-d'Or runway 36 due to an unsafe gear indication.After a low pass airplane landed safely
