Piedmont flight PI-4394/US-4394 de Havilland DHC-8-200 on behalf of US Airways Express from Philadelphia to Albany it was en route at FL190 about half an hour when the crew reported smell of smoke in the cockpit.The crew decided to divert to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International airport for a safe landing on runway 22 half hour later
