Volga-Dniepr Cargo flight VDA6404 , Antonov AN-124 Ruslan registration RA-82074 from Rostov to Baghdad with 30 crew members took off from Rostov and was in the initial climb when airplane suffered an engine problem.The crew declared an emergency and decided to divert to Ulyanovsk Vostochy airport for a safe landing.
