American Airlines flight AA-1017 , Boeing 757-200 registration N630AA from Dallas to Seattle took off from Dallas/Fort Worth international airport runway 36R but struck a bird.The crew stopped the climb at 5000 feet and after made a turn landed safely back to Dallas airport on runway 36R.

 

Airplane received damage to wing , engine and stabilizer
