Southwest Flight WN-345 , Boeing 737-700 registration N753SW from Nashville to New York La Guardia with 144 passengers and 6 crew after landed at La Guardia airport on runway 04 the nose gear collapsed.Airplane stopped around half way of runway and near taxiway.After stop airplane evacuated via the emergency slides with result to receive minor injures 5 passengers and 3 crew members(from evacuation).Runway 04 closed after the incident.
