Thai Airways flight TG-679 , Airbus A330-200 registration HS-TEF from Guangzhou China to Bangkok Thailand with 288 passengers and 14 crew members landed on runway 19L at Bangkok airport but veered off the runway to the right and came to a stop with all wheels on ground , nose gear damaged, both engines received damage and the right hand engine took fire.Airplane evacuated via the slides from left side and from evacuation received minor injuries 12 people
Airline reported that after touch down the nose gear malfunctioned with result the airplane to veered off the runway
On 10 September 2013 Thailand's Civil Aviation reported that the main reason of the excursion it was the brake of right hand gear bogie beam and rated the occurrence like accident
On 17 September 2013 the French BEA reported that Bogie Beam of the right main landing gear damage after the aircraft touched down for landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport. There was flame on both engines. The aircraft ran off the right side of R/W 19L.Rated as an accident
