IBC Airways cargo flight 405 , Swearingen SA227-AC Metro III registration N831BC from Santo Domingo Dominican Republic to San Juan Puerto Rico it was en route about 35nm from airport when airplane crashed near Sabana Hoyos.2 people have been confirmed killed

On 3 December 2013 the FAA reported that IBC Airways flight CSQ405 Fairchild SA227 registration N831BC crashed under unknown circumstances , the unknown person(s) on board was fatally injured.The wreckage was found 10nm from Arecibo , Puerto Rico
