Sepahan Airlines flight 5915 , Hesa IrAn-140 registration EP-GPA from Tehran Mehrabad to Tabas , Iran with 42 passengers and 6 crew members took off from Tehran's Mehrabad airport from runway 29L but shortly after take off airplane lost height and crashed into ground.37 people died and 11 received serious injuries
The Hesa IrAn-140 its an Antonov 140 turboprop built from Iranian Hesa
According to survivors airplane suffered engine failure shortly after take off.
