Gazpromavia Test flight , Shokhoi superjet 100-95 registration number RA-89049 , from Tretiakovo to Moscow Russia with 3 crew on board was performing a test flight after maintenance to Vnukovo airport. The airplane climbed to 3000 feet then lost height and crashed in ground killing all 3 crew members.
