UTair Flight UT-350 Boeing 737-400 registration VQ-BHZ from Stavropol to Moscow-Vnukovo with 130 passengers and 8 crew members after landed at airport and while roll out burst both left main tyres causing fire and smoke.After stop on taxiway airplane vacated from right side with some passengers to stay prisoner on the right wing.Nobody injured

On 15 July 2013 Rosaviatsia released their final report about the caused of serious incident.They found according to airplanes login book that one day before on 17 May 2013 airplane suffered an anti-skid brake failure on left landing gear which required some restrictions about using the brakes.Even so and while the crew knew about the problem after airplane landed they used premature and intensive application on brakes which caused the result to burst tyres and take fire
