United flight UA-863 , Boeing 747-400 , from San Francisco to Sydney with 348 passengers and 18 crew members took off from San Francisco and was climbing at FL220 when one engine suffered a problem.The crew entered a hold declared an emergency and diverted back to San Francisco for a safe landing
