Porter airlines flight POE-256 , de Havilland DHC 8-400 registration C-GLQK from Halifax to Ottawa after took off from Halifax airport and while was climbing over Nova Scotia the engine number 1 suffered a problem(over-speed).The crew declared an emergency and diverted back to Halifax for a safe landing
