Swiss flight LX-463 , Avro RJ-100 registration HB-IYY from London to Zurich it was descending to Zurich when the crew received a flaps problem indication.The crew stopped the climb at FL170 and advised the tower that they are going to do a zero flap landing and requested the presence of emergency services in case of hot brakes(because it would be a high speed landing that need more braking).Airplane after burn some fuel landed safely on runway 16 with ground speed around 196knts
