Sun Country charter flight SY-283 , Boeing 737-700 from Minneapolis St. Paul airport to Seattle Tacoma airport with 105 passengers and 5 crew members it was en route at FL400 and near Spokane when the crew reported a strong odor of smoke inside cabin and requested to divert to Spokane airport.Airplane landed safely on runway 3
