Air Canada flight ACA-122 , Airbus A319 from Calgary to Toronto took off from Calgary airport and was climbing at FL070 when the crew reported a possible nose gear problem.The crew declared an emergency and asked for a low pass for tower to inspect the nose gear.After airplane circled airport landed safely to Calgary airport with the emergency services on stand by.

On 22 October 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that maintenance replaced the nose landing gear uplock assembly on Airbus A319 registration C-FYJE
