On 21 November 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that the Perimeter Aviation Bombardier DHC-8-314, registration C-GLKY operating as PAG609, departed Winnipeg, MB. When the gear was selected up the #2 eng hydraulic pump annunciator illuminated and there was a loud banging sound from the nose gear area. PAG609 indicated a gear issue, declared an emergency and returned for landing. PAG609 landed safely after the emergency gear extension system was used. Maintenance found the fluid level in the #2 hydraulic system was low. After appropriate maintenance action and test flight the aircraft was returned to service
