United Express flight UA-6099/EV-6099 , Embraer EMB-145 from Shreveport to Denver with 39 passengers it was en route at FL360 and near Wichita when the crew reported a left aileron problem that was preventing airplane to make left turns.The crew declared an emergency and diverted to Wichita Mid-Continent airport for a safe landing on runway 1L
