Air New Zealand flight NZ-726 , Airbus A320 registration ZK-OJC from Melbourne to Auckland with 145 passengers and 6 crew members took off from Melbourne airport and was climbing through 10000 feet when airplane suffered a right hand engine problem with probable fuel leaking also.The crew shut down the engine and after declared an emergency diverted back to Melbourne airport for a safe landing on runway 34

Norwegian Air Shuttle flight DY-165 , Boeing 737-800 registration LN-NIF from Trondheim to Bergen  , Norway took off from Trondheim airport on runway 09 and was climbing when the airplane struck a bird(swan) on left hand wing leading edge causing a dent on it.The crew stopped the climb at 6500 feet and diverted back for a safe landing on runway 09

Ethiopian flight ET-815 , Boeing 767-300 registration ET-AQW from Addis Ababa , Ethiopia  to Zanzibar Kisauni Airport via Kilimanjaro, Tanzania with 213 people on board it was approaching Kilimanjaro airport runway 27 but airplane landed at Arusha airport on runway 27.Airplane stopped inside runway at the end of it(runway it has length 1631 m /5300 feet) but while the pilot tried to turn and backtrack the runway airplane had a runway excursion and stuck in soft ground.

Air Niugini ATR-42-300 registration P2-PXY cargo flight with 3 crew members it was taking off from Madang Papua New Guiana runway 25 when the crew rejected the take off but overrun the end of runway broke airport's fence and fell inside Meiro Creek river.The 3 crew members escaped from airplane with minor injures.Airplane's right wing and right engine destroyed from fire.

Thomas Cook Flight TCX-314 , Airbus A330 registration G-OMYT from Manchester to Punta Cana with 325 passengers it was taking off and it was at high speed when the right hand engine emitted a loud band and flame out.The crew rejected the take off and came to a stop inside runway deploying the reverse thrust of engines and applying full brakes.After stop emergency crew checked brakes and airplane taxied to the apron.

Delta flight DL-415 , Boeing 767-300 registration N182DN from Madrid Barajas airport to New York took off from Madrid airport on runway 36L but burst the right main outboard tyre with debris to hit also the right wing and made a hole.Airplane took off and after stopped the climb declared an emergency and asked to divert back reporting also hydraulic problems.Airplane landed safely on runway 32L but while was taxing to the apron had a taxiway excursion and came to a stop with all wheels on soft ground.Nobody injured.Airplane received substantial damage
