Scat Airlines flight DV-760 , Bombardier CRJ-200 registration UP-CJ006 from Kokshetau to Almaty Kazakhstan with 16 passengers and 5 crew members it was approaching Almaty airport runway 23R under fog and poor visibility when the airplane impacted the ground around 1400 m short of runway and completely destroyed.All 21 people on board were killed
Crash side arround 1400 meters before runway 23R.Approach it was CATII even if visibility it was as low as 200 m which requires CATIII approach.The crew descended at desicion height and when they didn't have runway in sight they tried a go around but at that moment they crashed in ground
