UTair charter flight , gear problem

UTair charter flight from Salekhard to Tyumen , Bombardier CRJ-200 with 3 passengers and 3 crew members took off from Salekhard airport and when the crew tried to retract the landing gears received a warning indication that gears not up.The crew declared an emergency and diverted back to Salekhard airport for a safe landing
