American Eagle flight MQ-3630 , Embraer ERJ-145 from Toronto to Chicago took off from Toronto's runway 06R and shorty after declared an emergency reporting smoke inside cockpit.Airplane vectored back to Toronto airport and landed safely on runway 15L , 10 mins after departure.
On 25 October 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that after departing the crew received an EICAS LAV SMOKE indication.Maintenance has subsequently number 2 engine (Rolls-Royce AE3007 SER) carbon seal was replaced.
