On 28 November 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that the United Airlines Boeing 757-200 (registration N41135) aeroplane was enroute from Washington Dulles (KIAD) to London Heathrow (EGLL). While in cruise flight approximately 75 NM south of Halifax the crew noted a high vibration in the right engine. The engine power was reduced to idle and the crew diverted to Bangor (KBGR). Maintenance determined some platform seals were out of place and repositioned about 20 seals on the Rolls Royce Model RB211-535E4B, serial 31412 engine. An engine run was completed and the aircraft was ferried to a maintenance base to have the blades lubed and the trim balance completed.
